Make Jalapeno cheesy Dip at home like Domino's | Jalapeño Cheese Sauce | Simply Yummylicious
Jalapeno Cheese dip is another favorite dip of Domino's. I like it with Garlic bread the most. It just gives another dimension to the regular cheese dip and that is an amazing thing. Following are the ingredients : - Cheese Slices (2) ( I have used Britannia, You can use Mother diary or GO slices) - Cut into smaller pieces ( Helps to melt quickly and most important evenly) In Zip lock bag : - Cheese - Fresh Cream (2 Tbsp) ( I have used Amul Fresh Cream, if cream not available substitute it with 1 Tbsp Milk) - Milk (3 Tbsp) - Seal and mix it before heating In Saucepan - pour water - Heat it on low flame - When you see tiny bubble appearing, but the cheese mixture. ( I have put the cheese mixture in another ziplock bag for extra protection) - Keep the mixture in pan for 15-20 min - Pour the melted cheese in blender (Blend it while its still hot) - Put pickled jalapenos in the melted cheese according to your taste. Less Spicy : 4 Medium Spicy : 8 Very Spicy : 12 ( Domino's has a less spicy dip ) (My favorite is medium spicy) - Blend until its smooth - After blending check for any bigger chunks of jalapeno ( if there are any then blend it again ) - The color of this dip is light orange but if you want the exact color like Domino's then put some Orange food color, quantity cannot be specified as it varies from color to color. - The cheese dip is ready to be used. - Serve it with garlic bread Thank you for all your love and motivation.
